I highly recommend this product and company. We all know how expensive laser toner is. This is affordable and so far I have not had any problems with them at all.
I ordered during the holidays but it took over a week to send then over 2 weeks to arrive. Got what I ordered. Shipping was free but this is very slow even during the holidays. Product is great. Works well.

The magenta cartridge did not work when installed - even after multiple shaking.I will lean toward HP products in the future. Where the price was good enough to try, I would not buy this product again. Of the 4 cartridges, two were problematic - one was identified as yellow, but was filled with magenta.
Had to keep on them to get the billing right. I hate to pay the price but have been using hp originals ever since with no problems. Terrible quality & service. After that I just gave up on trying to exchange the others & suffered through them. You really do get what you pay for. 3 out of the 4 cartridges were defective/leaked toner. I ordered a replacement on the first one & customer service was terrible also.
